I admire you. You have the hardest job in world. Parenting traumatized children is NOT easy. It challenges everything you think you know. It will break you down to the point you feel like giving up.
You can't do it alone. You need a team of people to tell you to keep going, to remind you to stay strong. You need resources.

One important resource I would also like to share with you is Christine Moers, a fellow adoptive parent of traumatized children who produces excellent advice via videos and her blog.
Lastly, I would like to recommend the book: Love and Logic as it outlines specific advice for parenting traumatized children.
